Gender Equality

Scholars at the Centre have conducted a series of gender equality audits on sport mega-events and the Canadian university sports system (U Sports). Subjects include:

• Four different seasons of U Sports competition (2010-11, 2012-13, 2014-15, and 2016-17)

• The London 2012 and Rio 2016 Summer Olympic Games

• The Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games

• The Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games

• The Toronto 2015 Pan Am Games
